– ½ cup lukewarm water – 2 teaspoons white sugar – 1 tablespoon active dry yeast – 4 ½ cups bread flour – 2 teaspoons salt – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ cup coconut oil, melted – ¾ cup plain non-dairy yogurt – 2 tablespoons canola oil


Dissolve sugar in water; activate yeast. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and soda.
