Wholemeal Apple Tarts Recipe

1 cup whole wheat flour, or substitute white flour ¼ cup Butter melted ¼ cup milk pinch of salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 apples diced (can be peeled or unpeeled) Juice of 2 lemons 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp Butter melted 4 tbsp light brown sugar can be omitted for sugar-free version ½ cup walnuts, chopped Apricot jam, can be sugar-free

Mix all the dough ingredients together in a bowl. Give it a good knead, cover it, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Use small silicone molds. Split the dough into 6 small balls and roll them out. Put each one in a mold and press the dough into the bottom with a fork.

Mix diced apple with lemon, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and walnuts. Put it aside.

On the Instant Vortex, press Bake, then set the time to 12 minutes and the temperature to 355°F (180°C). Press Start.

When it says "Add Food" on the display, put the silicone molds with the dough inside. Close the tray and let it cook.

After 2 minutes (when there are 10 minutes left), open the tray and spread apricot jam over the crust. Add about 3 tablespoons of the apple mixture to each mold. Do this for all the molds.

1. Bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. 2. Serve them alone or with vanilla ice cream on top.
