Turkey Meatballs In Apricot Sauce With Mint And Almonds

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

While the meatballs are cooking, make the apricot sauce by combining apricot preserves, water, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan.

Cook the sauce over medium heat until it thickens, stirring occasionally. Stir in chopped mint and toasted almonds.

Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a serving dish. Pour the apricot sauce over the meatballs.
