Ingredients: 1. 1 pound (450g) of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined 2. 2 cups (200g) of mixed salad greens 3. 1 cup (150g) of cherry tomatoes, halved 4. 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 5. 1 avocado, diced 6. 1/4 cup (60ml) of olive oil 7. 2 tablespoons (30ml) of lemon juice 8. 2 cloves of garlic, minced 9.
