The Ultimate Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients: – 4 large flour tortillas – 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix) – 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional) – 1/2 cup diced bell peppers – 1/4 cup diced onions – 1/4 cup sliced black olives – 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro – 1 teaspoon ground cumin – 1 teaspoon chili powder – Salt and pepper to taste – Cooking spray or vegetable oil

Instructions: 1. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, diced chicken (if using)

Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over half of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Fold the tortilla over to cover the cheese, creating a half-moon shape. Press down gently to seal.

Lightly grease the preheated skillet or griddle with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
