Ingredients 2-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 package, 16 oz, Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes 1/4 cup butter, cut into 1/2" cubes 3-1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Mix together macaroni, cheese, butter, milk, water and seasonings.
