Simple Hot Chocolate Lasagna Recipe For Beginners

Ingredients 36 chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreo cookies 1/2 cup, 1 stick, butter, melted 2/3 cup hot chocolate mix (about 5 packets) 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup, 1 stick butter, softened 1 block, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 small boxes, 3.9 oz each, instant chocolate pudding 2-3/4 cups milk 3 cups mini marshmallows, divided

To make fine crumbs, one should pulse the biscuits in a food processor. Combine with liquefied butter and pulse for 5 minutes or until it is well mixed.


Spread the mixture into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish; press Oreo crust firmly on bottom of pan using back of spoon. Freeze the Oreo cookie coating while preparing the next layer.

Beat heavy whipping cream and hot chocolate powder until stiff peaks form. 

Mix together cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in another bowl, till its creamy. 

Mix in boiling chocolate mixture until smooth consistency achieved. Spread over crust; return to freezer.

Blend pudding mix and milk together for two minutes or until smooth blend in a bowl . Put 1 cup of marshmallows on top of mousse combined.

Serve with whipped cream on top. Cover and refrigerate for another four hours or overnight Sprinkle remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top before serving Keep chilled
