Shrimp Marinade Recipe

Ingredients ¼ cup olive oil 1 tablespoon honey or you can use brown sugar 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (try an extra pinch or two of ghost pepper powder for some great spiciness!) 1 teaspoon lime zest ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or more as desired - optional, for spicier marinade Salt and black pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon each is usually good

Combine the honey, garlic, parsley, paprika, lime peel, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper with the olive oil and honey in a small basin.

Keep some tablespoons aside if desired for use as a topping sauce.

Put shrimp in a large sealable plastic bag and pour over marinade. After sealing it let it stay cool for at least 15 to 20 minutes or up to one hour before cooking.

When it is time to cook throw away the drained marinade. Grill or sauté shrimp for two to three minutes per side or until they are pink and heated through. 

Put on serving dish. In conclusion add some fresh lime juice.
