Roasted Grape & Ricotta Toasts

6 slices sourdough bread 3 cups seedless red grapes 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper 4 sprigs fresh thyme 1½ cups ricotta cheese 2 tbsp honey 1 lemon zested


Prepare the ricotta mixture by combining cheese, honey, and lemon zest, chilling until serving time. 

Toast sourdough bread slices in batches using Air Fry mode at 375°F for 6 minutes per batch. 

Meanwhile, toss grapes with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 

Air fry seasoned grapes at 400°F for 6 minutes, shaking the basket periodically for even cooking. 

Once toasted, spread the ricotta mixture generously over the prepared bread slices. 

Top the ricotta toast with the roasted grapes, drizzle with additional honey, and garnish with fresh thyme.
