Pumpkin Bread Made With Cake Mix Recipe

Ingredients 1 box, 13.25 oz, spice cake mix 1 can, 15 oz, pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix) 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1-2 teaspoons water

Oil a loaf pan and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Set aside.


Gather up the cake mix, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix by hand until it is all incorporated.

It will take between 50 to 60 minutes to bake in a preheated oven or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; this process fully cools on cooling rack.

Remove stored bread from pan. Combine water with granulated sugar to make a smooth mixture. Just let the batter be sticky enough so that it drips off easily as you spoon it.

After draping glaze over the bread, allow it to solidify. Slice when firm then serve – slice and serve once firm.
