Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients ½ cup whole rolled oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds ½ teaspoon maple syrup, plus more for serving Pinch of sea salt ¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, optional ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk Variations: Apple Pie 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice Diced apple Chopped pecans Cinnamon Apples, optional

Make the oat foundation by placing oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt and if you want you can add Greek yogurt in a jar or another container that has removable lids. 


After mixing properly this mixture and getting rid of any clumps of chia seeds at the bottom of the jar, stir in the almond milk until well combined. Store it covered inside a fridge when not in use for up to five days.

In the morning when you wake up serve the dish with caramelized maple syrup and toppings of your choice.

By adding cinnamon and apple sauce to overnight oat foundation as well as stirring it, one can make an apple pie overnight oats. Put into a fridge for overnight. 

In the morning once you are awake garnish it with diced apple, chopped pecans, cinnamon apples and drizzled maple syrup.

To start making peach crisp overnight oats, first make plain overnight oat base. Keep it within a fridge for overnight stay. If desired top breakfast with peach slices, granola or drizzled maple syrup in morning.

First thing in the morning sprinkle chia jam on top followed by peanut butter, chopped strawberries raspberries peanuts.
