no bake cookie recipe

Ingredients: – 2 cups rolled oat – 1/2 cup peanut butter – 1/2 cup honey – 1/4 cup cocoa powder – 1/4 cup milk – 1/4 cup unsalted butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – Pinch of salt

Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and cocoa powder. Set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, stir in the peanut butter, honey, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the rolled oats and cocoa powder. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cookies chill for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

Once the cookies are set, remove them from the refrigerator and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
