Muffins stuffed with plums and pecans

Turn the temperature in the oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Plums and pecans, which have been chopped, should be folded in at this point.

Spoon the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Wait a few minutes after removing the muffins from the oven before serving them.
