MINI MEATLOAF RECIPE

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a mini loaf. Place the mini loaves in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. After 25-30 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush the glaze on top of each mini loaf.

Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired. Serve as a main dish with mashed potatoes and vegetables, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
