Mexican Street Corn Recipe

Ingredients: – 4 ears of corn, husked – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1/4 cup sour cream – 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese – 1 teaspoon chili powder – 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro – 1 lime, cut into wedge – Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it's clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
