Macaroni Coleslaw

– 1 package (7 ounces) ring macaroni or ditalini – 1 package (14 ounces) coleslaw mix – 2 medium onions, finely chopped – 2 celery ribs, finely chopped – 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped – 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped

dressing: – 1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip Light – 1/3 cup sugar – 1/4 cup cider vinegar – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Macaroni Coleslaw

Cook the macaroni as the package tells you. When it's done, drain it and rinse it with cold water. Then, put it in a big bowl.

Add the coleslaw mix, onions, celery, cucumber, green pepper, and water chestnuts to the bowl with the macaroni.

In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad in the big bowl and mix everything together so that it's all covered in the dressing.

Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before you eat it.
