LASAGNA SOUP RECIPE

Start by browning ground beef in a large pot. Add chopped onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.

Pour in canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and water. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Bring the soup to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Add broken lasagna noodles to the pot and cook until tender.

In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Once the noodles are cooked, ladle the soup into bowls.

Top each bowl with a dollop of the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each bowl.

Broil the bowls in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
