INSTANT POT KOREAN BEEF RECIPE

Prepare the ingredients: beef chuck roast, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, beef broth, and green onions.

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and set aside. In the Instant Pot, sauté the garlic and ginger in sesame oil.

Add the beef and brown on all sides. Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and beef broth.

Pour the mixture over the beef in the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 20 minutes. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a quick release.
