INSTANT POT CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE

Start by sautéing onions, carrots, and celery in the Instant Pot. Add garlic and thyme and cook for another minute.

Add chicken broth, chicken breasts, and egg noodles to the pot. Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 8 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, do a quick release of the pressure. Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks.
