How To Make A Classic Juicy Hamburger

Ingredients: – 1 pound ground beef (80% lean) – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 4 hamburger bun – Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions: 1. Preheat Grill or Skillet: Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure it's well heated before you start cooking.

Prepare the Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Form Patties: Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Grill or Cook: Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, slice the hamburger buns in half and place them on the grill or in the skillet, cut side down.

Assemble Burgers: Once the patties are cooked to your liking and the buns are toasted, remove them from the heat. Place a patty on the bottom half of each bun.

Serve: Place the top half of the bun on each burger and serve immediately. Enjoy your classic juicy hamburgers with your favorite side dishes!
