Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon

Adjust the temperature in the oven so that it reads 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the pit from each date by making a small cut in the centre of the date.

Fill each date with a modest amount of goat cheese and set them aside.

Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place the dates on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

If you choose, you can add some chopped parsley or a sprinkling of sea salt as a garnish.
