Excellent Tuscan Soup, or Zuppa Toscana

The hearty soup known as zuppa toscana was first created in the Italian region of Tuscany.

The soup is made with Italian sausage, potatoes, kale, and cream.

To make the soup, brown the sausage in a large pot, then add onions and garlic.

Add chicken broth, potatoes, and kale to the pot and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
