Easy Oven Egg Bite Recipe

Ingredients: – 6 large egg – 1/2 cup milk – 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice) – 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon or ham (optional) – 1/4 cup chopped spinach (optional) – Salt and pepper to taste – Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.

1. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until well beaten. 2. Pour in the milk and continue whisking until fully incorporated.

Add the shredded cheese to the egg mixture, along with your choice of diced bacon or ham, and chopped spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.  

Carefully pour the egg mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full. 

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top. 

Once done, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the egg bites cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the tin.
