Easy Monkey Bread Recipe

Ingredients: 1. 3 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuit 2. 1 cup granulated sugar 3. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 4. 1/2 cup unsalted butter 5. 1 cup packed brown sugar

Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with butter or non-stick cooking spray. 

Prepare the Biscuits Open the cans of refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Set aside.

Mix Cinnamon Sugar In a large bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Coat the Biscuit Pieces Toss the biscuit quarters in the cinnamon sugar mixture until each piece is evenly coated.

Layer in the Pan Layer the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared bundt pan.

Prepare the Caramel Sauce In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the brown sugar until dissolved, creating a caramel sauce.

Pour the Sauce and Bake Pour the caramel sauce evenly over the layered biscuit pieces in the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve and Enjoy Once baked, remove the monkey bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes.
