Easy Homemade Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined – 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta – 2 tablespoons of butter – 2 cloves of garlic, minced – 1 cup of heavy cream – 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy alfredo sauce.

Gently fold in the cooked shrimp, allowing them to heat through for another minute.
