Ingredients 1 sleeve (9 full-size crackers) graham crackers 2 tablespoons white sugar 3 tablespoons melted butter 3 bricks, 8 oz each, cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoons all purpose flour 2 eggs 3/4 cup eggnog 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ground nutmeg 1/2 small tub of whipped cream

Put graham crackers plus 2 tbsp of white sugar into a medium bowl. Preheat an oven to 325 degrees. Mix the melted butter in completely.

Use a ten-inch springform pan to press the mixture down. Cool ten minutes after it bakes.

Combine cream cheese and white sugar with a mixer. Beat well. Add flour, eggs eggnog, and vanilla; beat again. Spread evenly over folded crust.

Keep a saucepan of water on the bottom oven rack. This should be baked until the center is just set and edges are slightly jiggly about 44-50 minutes .

My margins had two inches from edge. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight.

Use a knife to loosen the edges of the pan, remove the sides of the pan and take off the collar. Spoon powdered topping into star-shaped pastry bag.

Put whipped topping around outer edge of cheesecake; sprinkle with nutmeg powder. Proceed to slice by rinsing knife between each piece served.
