Crock Pot Beef With Noodles Recipe

Ingredients 2 lbs, beef stew meat 1/2 large onion, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 package, 1 oz, dry au jus seasoning 1 package, 1 oz, dry brown gravy mix 2-1/2 cups beef broth cornstarch slurry: 2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water 8 ounces, egg noodles, cooked and kept warm chopped fresh parsley

Chuck, onions, garlic powder, au jus and brown gravy mix all go together in a Crock Pot.

Instructions

Then pour in the broth and cover it. Keep stirring until it thickens and comes to a boil like for four hours on high heat.

To make this happen faster cornstarch slurry is added.

Thoroughly stir into prepared noodles; garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
