Crispy Lemongrass Cauliflower

1 Omsom Vietnamese Lemongrass BBQ Starter 1 lb. fresh or frozen package of pre-cut cauliflower florets,or 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into 1-2 inch florets ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil


First, heat up your Instant Air Fryer to 350°F using the air fry setting. 

Then, in a bowl, mix the cauliflower with oil and salt until each piece is covered.  

Cook the cauliflower in the Air Fryer for about 3 minutes until it's golden and nearly cooked.  

. Flip the cauliflower and brush Omsom starter sauce on each piece. 

Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender, smells good, and has a slight crispiness.  

Take the cauliflower out of the Air Fryer and enjoy!
