Creamy Tomato And Ricotta Pasta Recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, chopped salt and pepper chili powder or flakes, optional for spice 1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes or sweet cherry tomatoes 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon butter 1 container, 15 oz, ricotta cheese 8 ounces tube pasta, cooked and kept warm large bunch of fresh basil leaves

Follow the guidelines on the package to prepare the pasta and then leave it aside.


In a big frying pan add oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes and seasoning. Keep stirring frequently over medium-high heat until they explode. 

Put butter and heavy cream in. Lid it up then allow it to cook occasionally while mixing for some minutes until all burst tomatoes are cooked through.

Combine ricotta cheese with prepared pasta and fresh basil. Cook stirring continuously until heated thoroughly. If preferred garnish immediately with more basil that is chopped.
