CLASSIC MEATLOAF WITH OATMEAL

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, oatmeal, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To freeze, wrap the meatloaf tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To reheat, thaw the meatloaf in the refrigerator overnight and bake in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes.
