Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients 1 c. almond milk or milk of your choice 1/4 c. chia seeds 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (optional) Pinch of kosher salt Sliced fruit, granola, jam, and/or nuts, for serving

Begin by whisking together milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla (if desired), and a pinch of salt in a medium-sized bowl.

Once combined, cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to chill and thicken for at least 2 hours, or leave it in the refrigerator overnight for best results.

After the specified time, check the consistency to ensure it has thickened to your liking.

When ready to serve, prepare any mix-ins or toppings you prefer to accompany the chia pudding. Spoon the chilled chia pudding into serving dishes.
