Brown Sugar And Honey Juicy Ham

3 lb cooked ham 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup honey ½ cup orange juice 2 tbsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg Black pepper, as needed Salt, as needed


Preheat your air fryer to 350°F/190°C and wrap the ham in foil. Set the timer for 25 minutes. 

1. As the air fryer preheats, prepare the glaze by combining all ingredients in a saucepan and heating until dissolved.

Once preheated, carefully place the ham in the basket with the seam facing up for easy unwrapping later. 

After the initial cook time, unwrap the ham, brush on the glaze, and leave the foil open. Air fry for an additional 15 minutes. 

Ensure the ham reaches an internal temperature of 145°F for doneness before removing from the basket. 

Let the ham rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your perfectly cooked and glazed air-fried ham!
