Boneless Buffalo Wings Recipe

Ingredients FOR THE BONELESS WINGS 1 pound boneless chicken breast sliced into bite-sized nuggets or chunks 1 cup flour 1 tablespoon spicy seasoning blend I use a Cajun blend. What's YOUR secret blend of choice? Salt and pepper to taste about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon each 1 large egg

FOR THE BUFFALO SAUCE 1 stick butter - 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons ½ cup Louisiana style hot sauce - Franks is very popular though I use Valentina HOT 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce For Serving. Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing celery sticks

AS SAUCED BONELESS WINGS Integrate flour, spices, salt and pepper in a big bowl.

Put together egg and buttermilk in another container then whisk until combined well.

Dredge each chicken piece in seasoned flour mixture before coating it with the egg mixture. Place on a plate for ten minutes.

Dip each chicken piece twice to achieve an extraordinarily smooth texture if you want to have crispies that are good.

In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, heat some oil about several inches deep (not boiling) at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook the boneless wings over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until crispy and golden brown outside; internally they should register 165°F on a meat thermometer.
