Best Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 pound ground turkey – 1/2 cup breadcrumb – 1/4 cup milk – 1/4 cup finely chopped onion – 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup ketchup – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.  

1. Transfer the mixture into the greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf. 2. Brush the top of the meatloaf with additional ketchup for a glaze.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). 

Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
