Best Roasted Carrots Recipe

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ½ tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped ¼ tsp dried oregano, as needed Salt pepper freshly ground 1 lb carrot, peeled sliced, cut into lengths (5 cm) 1 ⅓ tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped


Put the carrots in a big bowl and mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Set the oven to Roast at 380°F / 195°C for 10 minutes. 

When the oven signals "Add Food", open it and put the carrots in the basket. Close it. 

When it signals "Turn Food", use tongs to flip the carrots. Close the oven to keep cooking. 

When the cooking time is up, take out the basket and put the carrots back in the bowl. 

Add parsley, mix gently, and taste to see if it needs more salt or pepper. 

Serve while warm.
