Best Overnight Oats Recipe

– ⅓ cup milk – ¼ cup Greek yogurt – ¼ cup rolled oat – 2 teaspoons honey – 2 teaspoons chia seed – 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or more to taste – ¼ cup fresh blueberrie


Pour milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds, and a little cinnamon into a small jar with a lid.

Close the lid and shake the jar to mix everything together.

Add blueberries into the mixture and gently stir them in.

Put the lid back on the jar and refrigerate it for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

When it's ready, enjoy your delicious overnight oats!

Note: We used less cinnamon in this recipe based on feedback from reviews. The original recipe used 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
