Best Chicken Taco Recipe

Ingredients: 1. 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast 2. 1 tablespoon olive oil 3. 1 teaspoon chili powder 4. 1 teaspoon ground cumin 5. 1/2 teaspoon paprika 6. Salt and pepper to taste 7. 8 small flour or corn tortilla 8. 1 cup shredded lettuce 9. 1 cup diced tomatoe 10. 1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions: 1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. 

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and coat them evenly with the marinade.

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
