Beef Fried Tacos Recipe

Ingredients 1lb ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can, 10 oz. diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel Tomatoes) 1 packet dry taco seasoning 6" flour tortillas 2-3 cups shredded Mexican cheese vegetable oil

Start by browning the minced beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef turns brown and the onions become transparent. Remove fats.

Combine tomatoes with taco seasoning in a frying pan. Allow the mixture to boil over on a low heat till it gets rid of all liquid content. Remove from heat.

Take a different large skillet; add about ½ inch vegetable oil, which is heated over medium fire.

Take one flour tortilla and apply some cheese which shouldn’t exceed one spoonful on its outer surface.

On top of that, pour about 3 tablespoons of the meat mixture, then sprinkle an additional tablespoon worth of cheese before folding tortilla halfway around skewer to secure it.

Cook tacos in batches for two minutes per side or until they are cooked through and browned. When ready, drain them on paper towels lined plate before serving.
