Baked Ham Recipe

Ingredient 8-10 pounds bone-in fully-cooked, spiral-cut ham ▢20 ounce can pineapple tidbits , or crushed pineapple ▢3/4 cup light brown sugar ▢1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon ▢1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Take the ham out of the fridge 1-2 hours before baking so it can warm up.

Make the glaze by cooking pineapple pieces, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves together until thick.

Heat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the ham from its packaging, get rid of the glaze packet and plastic covering the bone.

Place the ham flat side down in a baking dish. Spread some glaze over it, save the rest for later, and cover it tightly with foil.

Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours until it reaches 110°F (43°C) inside.

Take the ham out, remove the foil, increase oven temp to 400°F (200°C), brush on the remaining glaze, and bake for 15 more minutes.
