Air Fried Beetroot Recipe

Beetroot as needed Oil as needed Salt and pepper as needed

Prepare the Beetroot: Start by cutting off the tops and bottoms of the beetroot. Then, peel off the skin using a peeler.

Once peeled, chop the beetroot into smaller pieces. You can cut them into quarters or eighths, depending on how big they are.

Coat with Oil, Salt, and Pepper: Place the chopped beetroot in a bowl and drizzle some oil over them. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.

Use a spoon or your hands to toss the beetroot pieces until they are evenly coated with the oil, salt, and pepper. This adds flavor and helps them crisp up in the air fryer.

Arrange in Air Fryer Basket: Place the seasoned beetroot pieces in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are arranged in a single layer and not piled on top of each other.

Set Air Fryer Temperature and Time: Set the air fryer to the Air Fry setting and adjust the temperature to 365°F. Then, set the cooking time to 15-18 minutes.

Cook and Shake: Start the air fryer and let it cook the beetroot. About halfway through the cooking time, pause the air fryer and carefully shake the basket to toss the beetroot pieces.
