INGREDIENTS 10 lasagna noodles 16 oz (454 g) ricotta cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated 1 tbsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp salt 4 eggs 1½ cups Italian breadcrumbs Cooking oil spray 1 jar marinara sauce 1 jar alfredo sauce 3 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley

Begin by boiling lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, seasoning, and salt.

Spread cheese mixture over noodles, roll them up, and freeze for an hour. Prepare egg and breadcrumb bowls for breading.

Dip each lasagna roll in egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring even coating. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 10 minutes.

Spray lasagna pieces with cooking oil and place five in the basket, leaving space between. Do not turn during cooking.
